When you visit the website, our hosting provider may process technical connection information, such as IP address, date, time and server requests, to deliver pages and maintain security. When you email us, we process your email address, message and any information you choose to supply to answer your enquiry or deal with a business-related request.

Technical operation, website security and handling general enquiries rely on our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where you ask about entering into a service contract, we may process information to take pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b)). Where retention is legally required, Article 6(1)(c) applies.

We keep emails for as long as needed to respond to and close the enquiry, and longer only where required by law or to establish or defend legal claims. Technical hosting logs are retained according to the provider’s operational policies and security needs.
service providers and international transfers
We use Netlify to host and deliver the website and Zoho Mail to handle email. These providers may use infrastructure or subprocessors outside the European Economic Area. fonts and external links
The Montserrat typeface is hosted on this website and is not loaded from Google Fonts servers. Links to Google Maps, Instagram and LinkedIn do not load embedded services; you access those services only if you follow the links.

The code for this website contains no advertising cookies or visitor analytics tools, and no embedded maps or contact forms. If we introduce technologies requiring consent, we will provide information and request it before using them.
